TF? Man recorded having sex with the 'road' (Photos & Video)

A man has been caught on camera having sex or probably 'masturbating', by thrusting his bare hips into the ground outside an office building in New Zealand in the middle of the day.

Stunned office workers filmed the man and the footage shared shows him thrusting hard into the road while a second man crouched on all fours beside a van and watched the disturbing scenes from close range.
