Samson Siasia's led Olympic team beat Honduras 3-1 in Korea's Suwon Tourney

The Dream Team led by coach Samson Siasia have finally won a game at the Suwon Invitational Tournament ahead of Rio 2016 Olympics as they came from behind to defeat Honduras 3 – 1.

Honduras' Alber Elis scored in the 17th minute for Honduras and the team entered halftime holding a lead over Nigeria.

After much persistence, Captain Azubuike Okechukwu equalized for Nigeria in the 61st minute. before Godwin Saviour scored a magnificent goal by lobbing the goalie from the center of the pitch to make it 2-1.

Saturday, later scored probably the best goal of the tournament as he beat goalkeeper Fonseca in goal from the center of the pitch to make it 3-1. 

 

Samson Siasia will be happy with this result after losing 1 – 0 to South Korea in their tournament opener and then 6 – 2 to Denmark.
