Lamar Odom’s immediate family members have reportedly approached him, after the Kardashians and friend’s intervention failed, begging him to join the rehab program.

The NBA star's aunt, cousin and other New York family members reportedly spoke with Lamar Friday, "telling him they have faith in him and love him. They say they're trying to boost his self-esteem and open him up to joining a rehab program," TMZ reports.

This happened after the family contacted both in and out patient facilities, hoping he will agree to join the program, but reports say he refused.
