Photos: Two Nigerian men arrested for causing a traffic accident in which two Cambodian men were killed

Two Cambodian men were instantly killed at 11:00pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 along Route 4 between 165-166 km, located in Taney village, Jerng Kork commune, Prey Nup district, Sihanuk Vills, Cambodia after a traffic accident, allegedly caused by a Nigerian driver Obiora Dozie Frank, 32, and his friend. Vzondo Farian, 33.
 

According to the Police, a RAV4 driven by Dozie Frank caused the accident (plate number Phnom Penh 2F-9446). He was driving fast , heading from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville. Unfortunately, he hit a black motorcycle without plate numbers, causing both Cambodian men to die.

The victims have been identified as Meach, Sarith, 53, a construction worker and another man who is yet to be identified.

  • Both Nigerian men were arrested and the RAV4 and motorcycle were confiscated, being kept at Prey Num police department for a legal procedures.
