The former Emir, HRH Doc Muhammadu Manga III died of an undisclosed ailment on August 17th. The new Emir's appointment is contained in a statement released by the Permanent Secretary in charge of Political Affairs, Government House, Bauchi, Malam Hashimu Yakubu. Congrats to him.
