Gonzalez sues Twitter, Facebook, Google over Paris Attack

Due to the Paris Attack in France, the Giant Social Media’s known as Facebook, Twitter and overall Google has been sued to court, saying that they knowingly ‘aided Paris attacks’. They were sued by the victim families.
Reynaldo Gonzalez’s daughter, Nohemi, was among the 130 killed when religious extremists attacked Paris last year. So today, he officially sued Twitter, Facebook and Google for facilitating the spread of “extremist propaganda” after alleging the trio “knowingly permitted” ISIS to recruit, raise money and spread its message across each of the respective platforms.

Meanwhile, we have not heard from them (FB, Twitter and Google), they were sued because he “Reynaldo Gonzalez” believed that they aided in the last year Paris attacks, especially in the killings of his daughter.

We are all aware that Lawsuits are especially troubling, as each company goes to great lengths to police its ranks and remove offending content. So, Gonzalez also goes on to allege that without Twitter, Facebook and Google-owned YouTube, religious extremists would not have the infrastructure to get their message to the masses.
“This complaint is not about what ISIS’s messages say,” he wrote. “It is about Google, Twitter, and Facebook allowing ISIS to use their social media networks for recruitment and operations.” The Gonzales complaint also alleges that Google’s YouTube shared revenue with IS from ads that ran with its videos.
For now, we’re stuck with random manual review, user flagging offensive content and artificial intelligence that scans — and often finds — content that requires human moderation.
